After submission, a BASE representative will contact you to finalize your child’s registration.

💬You’ll receive a follow-up via phone or email.

Step 3

All new and returning families must pay a registration fee per family.

💳 Payment options:

  • Credit card

  • Money order

 

This fee is submitted along with your application.

For the safety and convenience of all families, Base Kids Club does not accept cash payments. We kindly ask that all payments be made through our approved payment methods only.
